Application Process

A straightforward four-step process. We keep things transparent so you know exactly what to expect.

Send your application files

Make sure your application documents are well prepared and send them to hr@saigonai.com

For employment roles, include:

  • Your CV
  • Your cover letter

For internships, include:

  • Your CV
  • Your cover letter
  • Your transcript

We only accept documents in English.

The first interview

Your application will be reviewed by our HR staff and the relevant department. If your profile meets the requirements, we will contact you to schedule a first interview.

Normally we have at least three interviewers: an HR representative, a specialist from the department you applied to, and a manager.

Complete an assignment

If you pass the first interview, we will send you a technical and writing assignment.

The purpose is not to judge your answers — it's to help us understand your thinking, working process, and how you approach problems.

Second interview

After reviewing your assignment, we will invite you to a second interview covering technical questions and how you would start your role at Saigon A.I.

After this interview we make a final decision and send an official announcement by email.
